There is not one law, rule or regulation in the United States or any of the States and municipalities which promote racism. Our law is a color-free law.
None of the current crop of “victims” have ever lived in slavery. In the mid 60s, the civil rights movement had nearly defeated Jim Crow, separate but equal, segregation; until a democrat POS pushed through the Civil Rights Act of 64 that made them wards of the state. Amazing how fast they became impoverished and helpless again after LBJ’s brilliant ploy.
