Lincoln County is way the hell'n gone from Portland, and the Columbia, over on the coast, and south. There are about 5 black people in Lincoln County, in total, and they are all professionals, dentists and suchlike.
It's utter nonsense, and if it weren't that the guy claiming it is Democrat, and bone deep stupid, it would be parody.
