Me too but it’s a bad idea. I work for a distribution center for farm goods, and we cannot hire any drivers. Why? Because they’re all making more on unemployment than if they worked so me and a few other guys are working our butts off trying to fill orders and I must admit breaking laws when it comes to truck driving, driving more hours than we should which is a huge risk. It’s ridiculous, I got up at 2am this morning and I’m getting home now, and then tomorrow I gotta drive about 500 miles, how does paying people more than what they earned working help businesses? Now he’s going to give more money? This is socialist crap

That 600, not enough to recover the massive MBS collateralized bundles sold in the leveraged stock market. Multi leveraged then crashed.

You’re obviously not in Michigan.

One of the guys around here that does landscaping had his whole crew tell him they would come back to work IF he matched their unemployment.

He went straight to the State and told them by name and SSN those who had turned down an offer of work.

The unemployment eligibility ended. The crew came back.

Yep. I have a good job and make good money. I have a cousin who is currently furloughed that a had a good job. He’s making more being laid off and nearly 3/4 of what I make and I have to work for it. Crazy.
