Perhaps Durham and his team are working on a big conspiracy case — isn’t RICO something he’s successfully prosecuted before? Then would it make sense that he would unveil all 15-20-25 indictments at once? I hope that is the case. Wishful thinking on my part? Thoughts?
You are probably right. But Nunes and Grassly have referred to DOJ simple cases like lying under oath and everything seems to go off into oblivion.
