How in the HELL can a bankruptcy “offend” anyone?
This guy’s a moron.
Possibly he saw them as a way to get out of paying someone their just due?
I can remember when anyone who filed a bankruptcy was branded with a scarlet B. Business or personal didn’t matter. Even a business that filed for bankruptcy protection was considered less than desirable to do business with.
That didn’t start changing until sometime in the 1980’s.
