Interesting. If the intent behind 50% capacity was due to covid-19 then you would think they would want everyone to spread out. :-)
Unfortunatly you’re unaware of the frequency of change this rally had even before Trump left Washington and landed in Tulsa......this was a very difficult Rally, unlike before, to pull together because of all the restrictions and needed security. They had put in a curview a couple nights before because of BLM which also scared off people....
So we should be giving hats off to those who attended in light of the danger there.
