I can confirm - Both Zone 5 and 6 are very quiet on the online scanner feeds. I live in a low crime metro area 1/8th the size of theirs and my local scanner feed is probably 10x busier tonight than theirs is.

I still hear occasional traffic. It is possible they have some encrypted channels they can use.
