I'll be curious to see if they can get a conviction on the accused officer. Even in Baltimore in the Freddy Gray case, the state's attorney was not able to get a single conviction of any of the nine indicted officers.

The attorney in Baltimore made clear she was an idiot with poor understanding of basic law - however it was she got her license. She started off making claims for charges that were completely unsustainable as well.
Quite aside from any guilt the officers may or may not have had, that’s a poor footing.
