Mr. Vice President, take some advice from William Shakespeare, ‘Brevity is the soul of wit’. One of his characters said that, but whether Shakespeare actually believed it is hard to say. I think it's true when it comes to wit, but when it's down to getting a complicated point across I'm not sure.
