The problem is the media (and folks here too) do not have brains that can comprehend degrees of anything. Those minds are either all in, or all out. Unfortunately, the world doesn’t work that way.

Dr. Fauci, with the President's initial endorsement, went "all in" with the shut-down/stay-in-place and continues to be all-in. Blue state governers and blue city mayors are still all-in--except where "peaceful protests" and rioting are concerned. It's a double-standard and you flew right past it. The rona is real, but its severity is grossly overstated and the measures taken to address it were and are grossly over-reactive.

The all-in mentality began at the top, but you think all-out is a character flaw of Freepers rather than an understandable reaction to the all-in mentality.

I think FR is filled with a bunch of ignorant keyboard warriors who don’t understand the first thing about our medical system or how emergency management systems work. There is a lot of misinformation and just plain stupid here.

You really shouldn’t rely on the comments section here for anything but memoirs of the 1950s and adult diaper performance.
