In the Atlanta case, the ‘payback’ will be that police will evaluate a potential DWI situation, and if the guy appears black...just let it go. So DWI’s within Atlanta over the next year or two...involving blacks....will double and triple. If you come upon an accident with a victim, and the apparent guilty party is black...you have to call immediately for back-up and ask for a minimum of ten additional officers.
The black community will eventually say that the increased DWIs by black men is a problem, and demand the police resolve this mess.
And unless the other police appear on the scene immediately, the DWI suspect probably gets away. The same goes for other crimes like looting.
