I dont have the time tonight to explain to you the intricacies of HIPAA law. HIPAA is not just the name but the healthcare information and anything that could be used to ascertain a patients private medical information.
If you are interested there are a lot of courses in HIPAA and certification to understand it. I am sorry you are not versed in this. But go ahead and make your points — they are as valid as the nurse in the video which is to say that they are not.
malpractice, and negligence outweigh a Hippa violation if there was one in my book.......as far as I could see, there were no identifying factors....
