I don't trust any polls these days. Long ago I worked for a survey research center at a big university, so I always was cooperative when called to take a poll. These days - when people have job offers rescinded for just saying that not all police officers are bad - I just hang up. You don't know who's calling or what they'll do with the information. I'm not telling anybody anything.
In 2016, I made calls for Trump. The first few weeks we were just polling people ("If the election were held today, would you vote for..."). If we do that again, I wonder what the response rate will be.
