All of this could have been avoided if the police had not wasted 24 minutes of useless questioning of Brooks. Cops should have taken 5 minutes of questioning, sobriety tests and then arrested him for DUI.

More proof that these are riots with destruction of property without purpose. The Wendy’s franchise had nothing to do with this event yet still was destroyed.
