Bull$hit. For someone “passed out” he certainly rose to the occasion in record time. He was completely alert, highly combative, purposely evasive and had full coordination. He was a danger to anyone near him.
Everyone near him was going AROUND him to get their food. There wasn't any real danger until the cops arrived, and as is so often the case these days, needlessly escalate the situation into deadly violence.
