Yes, they (Asian Americans) are already facing it. At least, in terms of loosing an acceptance to a university they are well qualified for...to other minorities.
Have several friends who's kids have experienced this first hand...the parents, largely, were shocked that this sort of thing could happen to them.
how about a 1 year ‘scholarship’ for every disgruntled welfare mom raising her fatherless children in the US? Let her spend a year or so on a reduced stipend to move there? Education is better.
