If he suffocated(he didn’t, but if he had), it had nothing to do with the officer’s knee for it was no where near the windpipe.
plus..do you know what kind of injuries would be on his neck...there was NOTHING...NOT EVEN A BRUISE...the video looks awful, but what you saw was a man die of a heart attack.
