Well he could invoke the Insurrection Act (and he should have already) and use it to remove any City Council/Mayor that tries to “defund the police”. The Constitution requires that the Federal Government guarantee a Republican form of Government and it’s hard to have that with no police or law enforcement.

Bingo! As much as I love Trumps policies I think his ego sometimes makes it too easy for him get ahead of his skis on such issue as “defund the cops”. Twitter “autonimity” makes it easy to publish stuff not discussed and fully debated.
Don’t forget the entire establishment media world etc connives on how to take him down. He needs to have things thought 200% thru by more than him before pushing send. Better to send nothing at all for now than something that the vultures will attack. What I like about Tucker is he gives constructive criticism.

You just have to have a few atrocities committed by criminals in areas where the police have been defunded, and insert those stories into campaign ads, like Willie Horton. Remember him? Those ads pretty much killed Michael Dukakis’ chances at the White House in 1988.
Americans by and large want their families to be safe in their homes. That’s a huge consideration for me, and I’m guessing for millions of voters. There will be payback at the ballot box for this Democrat folly.
