This is political vaporizing to make a radical base happy. In reality, city councils rely on men with guns to enforce the laws the city council makes. City council won’t give up that power. They may call it the “community safe places force,” or some such nonsense. But it will still be folks with guns enforcing the city council’s laws.
It will be the people who went along with this and their homes are trashed or they are victims of violent crime......
