No they’ll double up on tickets for Whitey to make up the difference.
Not quite. They will turn over traffic enforcement to a private contractor who will install cameras at various choke points in the city, and hire a bunch of meter maids to write parking tickets. They will be towing a lot more cars too.
No doubt the fines and impound fees will be drastically increased.
Should be a sweet deal for the cronies of the city councilmen who get that contract.
