Is there still a military Governor, superior in the chain of command to the Mayor, appointed by POTUS?
I’m reassured by the troops. More so by obvious orders not to talk to press.
Military people: on the earlier twatter link, someone (not one of us, IMO) said something about troops having removed patches as though this had import.
Can someone elaborate?
