WASHINGTON — Defense Secretary Mark T. Esper broke with President Trump on Wednesday and said that active-duty military troops should not be sent to control the wave of protests in American cities, at least for now. His words were at odds with his commander in chief, who on Monday threatened to do exactly that.
Mr. Esper’s comments reflected the turmoil within the military over Mr. Trump, who in seeking to put American troops on the streets alarmed top Pentagon officials fearful that the military would be seen as participating in a move toward martial law.

Obviously NOT any part of the military. Clearly it is the protestors. I should say, the vandals, looters, pot smokers and probably rapists too. After all, they are high and milling around aimlessly. Why not “bang a chick” while you’re at it.

Exactly. He has forced President Trump to fire him immediately, creating yet another thing for the media to criticize him about.

The Swamp is very wide and very deep. President Trump’s hires from within the Rolodex of acknowledged “experts” is a minefield of Swamp Dwellers.
Some are more Covert than others. Esper is one of the more Covert. Playing along until the right moment to undermine President Trump.

Would you know who to trust and not trust? Esper has outed himself after quite some time. If these media reports are true.
Who would YOU replace him with and guarantee that person would be on President Trumps side with no hidden agenda of their own? Hmm?
And, yet, faced with all of this backstabbing 27/7/365 President Trump is STILL THERE fighting for We who Elected Him. Could any of YOU withstand such a withering relentless attack on you?

The NYT insists the protesters were tear gassed. I’ve read several places they were not. And Kayleigh McEnany reiterated very strongly in her presser that tear gas was not used.
The NYT is best read with one eye closed :)
What the hell? What are they protesting, Trump? This is not the military I was in 1978, in fact it’s embarrassing to admit I served now.

Yep. We need to hear the words, “you’re fired.” It’s OK, if he disagrees with the President in private. Since he made it public, he needs to go NOW. Fire his ass.
