Undeniable.
The acting AG above the investigation never demanded to see the proof. Period.
His #1 responsibility was to supervise those below him to include the special counsel investigation.
He did nothing. They had nothing. The damage was inflicted daily on the President we elected. Daily.
He never should have allowed them to play the process crime game. Never. He illegally appointed a special counsel. He knew it was partisan. He let it happen. He let it drag on through the 2018 election when he knew they had nothing.
Despite knowing they had nothing, he expanded the scope of the special counsel to investigate Trump.
This goes beyond a simple failure and blind trust.
