Rosenstein is off the hook and he knows it. He is enduring his theatrical tongue lashing (and bathing) and that is it.

If I were Strozk, I would be very nervous because every one of them is going to point the finger at him. We “assumed” it was all verified. Page and McCabe should be nervous. Comey is too arrogant to be nervous and he is as high as this will go.

This went much further than the FBI folks, but they are setting up the fall guys. Comey’s testimony would sound the same. McCabe’s would sound the same. All the people in supervisory positions who should demand the proof and backstory for such an unprecedented action are simply going to point their finger at their subordinate who signed it.

Game, set, match - deep state wins. The powerful people will sit there and take their 2 hours of berating and they will simply shrug and say “we did not know.” The DOJ will make sure the little people get a slap on the wrist and life will go on. Nothingburger.

Sorry, but I am floored by what I am seeing today. We had a fabricated investigation of a campaign. We had a fabricated set-up with fraudulent information of people affiliated with the campaign. We had 2 plus years of complete chaos and a partisan witchhunt that hamstrung a duly elected President, we had people at the top of agencies who orchestrated all of this.

The one man in the best position to stop all of this and ask serious hard questions is basically saying he is there to take his tongue lashing and “golly, I did not know?”

He knew. He played a vital role in this. He NEVER demanded that Mueller show him the proof and he allowed the special counsel investigation to last long enough to impact the 2018 election.

This is outrageous.
