Here in TN anyone 60 or over can request an absentee ballot. It’s a godsend for anyone like me with mobility problems.
I hear our district had a record number of mail-in requests reported - like a 10-fold increase.
IIRC, this year they waived any requirements for mail-ins here in PA.
