For 8 years, I defended that man. When he was unfairly attacked by the Dems in the 2000 election, to the Iraq war, to his actions during Hurricane Katrina, I was often the lone person.
Then he sat silently for 8 years while my family went from a six-figure income to food stamps, while the Progladykes on the left kept on saying that living in a dystopian shithole was the New Normal (didn't any of you despise the Allstate commercials with Dennis Haysbert saying we should expect to live like serfs..."it's Ramen noodle time...").
But Dubya was silent. I thought it was because a former President wouldn't criticize a current President because, well, it's the most exclusive club in the world. He was also silent after all the criticism he got ("Shrub" Dumbya, Monkey-face, Chimpy-boy, Bushitler).
However, with his attacks on PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP (I love typing those three words), we see the real reason he was so silent...he LOATHES AND DESPISES US as much as the left does. He's all buddy-buddy with the Left now and they love him back. He knew that all the hatred he was getting was only because the Left hate US, and once he was out of the limelight he could be pals with them.
