We should no longer sentence convicted black people to our jails. Every convicted black person should be given a one-way ticket to Africa and not allowed reentry to the USA.
I’ve always advocated trading American blacks for real African-Americans, people who are dying to get here and often like their Asian counterparts, get well educated and work hard to be useful.
