I was on a ZOOM prayer meeting early today. One of the 10 present was a cop that served 32 years, and taught at a Police Academy. He said the technique of taking people down and put the knee in the neck, is a procedure that is taught, to subdue people used commonly. He said the cop obviously didn;t have the proper training, and made a horrible mistake, that took the life of George Floyd. AS A COP, he said people don;t know what dangers, risk police face everyday, and EVERYDAY there is a cop somewhere killed in the line of duty. He begged for Mercy from people for the cops wife, and the kids. And how easily it is to HATE..and despise, and what awaits the cop when he gets to prison. There really are two sides of this narrative. It isn;t ALL about darker skin pigment.

The knee-on-neck rogue cop has cast a stain upon and endangered every cop working today. A very disturbing, costly, and preventable situation.

your cop friends numbers do not add up. There are not 365 cops killed in a year.

Honestly, I have had a major paradigm shift on this topic. I used to think that cops, like most people were good, but there are always a few bad seeds. Sadly, that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m not talking about cops that would commit brutality on others, just cops that really don’t care about our country or our Constitution.

It used to be cops were in cruisers, and their motto was protect and serve. Now, it’s a swat vehicle, and an ugly thin blue line flag. How can they think it ok to desecrate our beautiful flag by changing the colors to black and gray with an ugly blue line through it? They are no longer out to protect the law abiding, but instead to protect their own.

Everyone was disgusted with the judge who jailed the salon owner, but what about the cop that took away her Constitutional rights by arresting her in the first place? Why didn’t he stand with “the people”.

I thought we ALL used to know that you didn’t need to show your papers to travel in the US. But now, if you get pulled over, they want your id before they will even tell you why they pulled you over!

They will just roll up on people demanding to see id because they are filming a public place with a camera. They always use the same excuse, it is for the cops safety. Give me a break.

Serious question, can you name me one single time that a cop has been stopped and arrested while on duty because he is abusing his authority? So, where are the good cops?

This whole thing is off. Even if this technique where implemented properly, why would any cop take this extreme measure for a hearsay petty crime. Even had he given the guy a false 20, how do we know he knew it was fake. I can assure you, all bills look kind of fake to me anymore, so how could he have known. And the fact that 3 other cops stood there and didn’t stop him!

Honestly, I think cops need some very serious reigning in, and the so called “good cops” better start defending the Constitution and arresting, not exposing, arresting, the bad seeds within their ranks.
