I really love that Trump is making it clear to Governors and Mayors: THIS IS YOUR JOB! Because a lot of them seem to believe that their job is merely to identify what their community needs, and then relay that information to the feds.
That's not what their job is.

I love it too. It’s also pulling the rug out from those who want him to take over and federalize it. Trump is not acting like a tyrant, so that pisses off and boxing in the Left.
