It’s a nice article but no one is denying aerosolized transmission, which by the way is NOT the same as saying a virus is “airborne”.

If the media didn’t reported on it, it would be nothing more than the normal flu. People would get the meds they need instead of being caught in political limbo. No jobs would have been lost, the economy would not have fallen apart, no shortages and no freeing of prisoners back to the streets.

Which is why dust masks, scarves, bandannas and other solutions which have no ability to filter such tiny particles are basically less than worthless.

They catch mucus and saliva droplets with viral particles that would have fallen harmlessly to the ground in a few seconds, and as they dry the viral particles are released where they will float around for hours.

Got a Master of Arts degree (basic, lowest level of Master’s degree) in “science” (no MD gedree) - so she’s an “Aerosologist”! It is WebMD, after all.

All of the situations she mentions could just as easily point to an infected person wiping their nose or coughing into their hand and then touching armrests, chairbacks, door handles, and other objects, or by passing objects by hand from one person to another. An uninfected person comes along and touches the same object and then touches their mouth or nose or rubs their eye. They are now infected.
