There is a term for what is going on: anarcho-tyranny. Liberal run states and cities that have prolonged the COVID-19 shutdown and have mandatory mask laws do nothing to prevent rioting and looting. This isn't even Communism, where law and order prevail, even if the rules are arbitrary and favoritism is shown to the party elite. Anarcho-tyranny is worse.
