They keep saying no death by strangulation. However, cutting off the blood flow to the carotid artery will cause brain hypoxia and death.

some dramatic medical emergency happened and it happened in an instant....the guy was talking up a storm and then suddenly just died....
the cops are idiots and they get away with this crap way too many times, but I suspect the the victim died of a drug OD....I suppose if the vic or his friends told the police that the vic just took a huge amount of drugs perhaps the cops decided to get an ambulance to transport and perhaps having the victim lie prone prevented aspiration....
just grabbing at straws here I know...
