We supposedly have many ways of crowd control from sonic devices to water canons to non lethal pellets
Why are t these being used ?
Rubber bullets are being used—a couple of TV reporters showed their bruises last night.
I don’t know if they are being used “well”, just that they have been employed in at least a few places. But, as of last night, it was by retreating police and/or guardsmen.
