He reached into his pockets and pulled out dog treats after threatening to poison her dog. That is starting to poison the dog by feeding it. No person would wait until he put the food in the dog’s mouth.

So what do YOU say is not false?

Show us the part where he threatened to poison her dog. Even she didn’t say that.
Cooper said “you won’t like it”. Dog owners don’t like strangers offering treats. That is why birders, postmen & police bring bags of treats. They take them out & the dog is put on lead or brought indoors.

There is nothing to support your claim about threatening to poison her dog. If she perceived that as a credible interpretation of events, surely she might have cited that in her fake-panic claim to the dispatcher. She doesn’t believe your interpretation either.
