Yep (except I think you meant to see ALL of his threats and promises of investigations have been bogus :-) ). I loved it two weeks ago when Maria Bartiromo nailed him on this, and he just started sputtering and getting angry because it was OBVIOUS he keeps promising to investigate this or that and actually ends up doing absolutely nothing.
