I've always thought that Ann Coulter has some
sort of medical, glandular issue going on.
Perhaps thyroid? She looks so thin and fragile.
Maybe this causes her abrupt mood swings and
odd outbursts?

I’m thinking Graves Disease. That would explain the enlarged thyroid, excessive thinness and irritability. There are effective treatments for Graves, but Ann seems to like being skeletal and bitchy.
