Thank y’all Larri.
There has not been a recession since 2009. Way too long, and since the 2000-2002 recession all we have done is use the Fed as a piggy bank.
This is the equivalent of what the West coast does by not doing cleanup of dead wood.
Once on the other side of this blood letting conflagration there will be new shoots growing - hopefully they will be capitalist and not communist
You’re right. The shutdown camouflaged the inevitable market correction. The Pier 1s and JC Penneys are like dry brush. I do hope small businesses can recover.
But this is not like the DOTCOM bubble burst. This time it is the tech stocks propping up the market.
Right now I got it down to a science, in that Bing simply post the guests for each show so I can just cut and paste.
I get the panel names from another site, but not all of them are listed.
In the past, it wasn’t so easy, and Sharyl’s site was empty 75% of the time. So I post the link only.
Funny that, I am watching the Bundesliga play to empty stadiums. I know the game so I can see when the camera is at wide angle how a play will develop.
I can also see the really good and bad individual plays.
I understand the American version of Rugby as well, while I have not watched in a long time due to the enormous amount of shitty rules added over the years, people who understand the game will still enjoy - BUT miss the crowd reaction on good INDIVIDUAL plays
This is not a healthy situation - When FIVE Stock keep the Stock market moving, what happens when the next greater fool does not show up to buy that expensive stock?

SOCIALIST DISTANCING!
(Stay as far away from them as you can)
Chris Wallace showed us once again what a Dem Party hack he is.
“Jonah Goldberg Attacks Kayleigh McEnany’s Behavior Toward the Press as ‘Indefensible and Grotesque’ (snip)
Fox News anchor Chris Wallace and Goldberg specifically took issue with McEnany (snip)
In response to Goldberg, White House senior communication advisor Ben Williamson simply stated, “Oh please. Settle down.”’

But, he fails only because he cannot find it in himself to step back quietly and tell everyone that he could or should have said something in a kinder or more appropriate way at times.
I cant agree - I think he occasionally fails simply because hes human and nobody bats 1000.
If he were to step back quietly and tell everyone that he could or should have said something in a kinder or more appropriate way.. his kindness would not be rewarded except by those who already appreciate him. It would be perceived as weakness and exploited relentlessly by his many detractors.
Having said that, I think he would benefit immeasurably by your services, if he were to take you up on your offer. You have a keen political sense and a way with words - every leader needs a good team behind him.
Take for example this new press secretary, Kayleigh McEneny. She adds hugely to his arsenal - but not because she softens or corrects inappropriate remarks. She is able to defend and amplify his message, and articulate it unapologetically.
There is really nothing wrong with President Trumps message. He tells the unvarnished truth. It would be more civil and presidential with a coat of varnish on it, but we didnt elect him to sugar-coat.
I hope I never have to witness a doctor performing rectal surgery - its probably disgusting and unpleasant to watch.
I imagine war is the same - and draining the swamp. If hes willing to get his hands bloody, I figure the least I can do is not look away when things get ugly.
hink you could be a
Not everything looks good. But you have to remember little driving has occurred for some weeks, even fewer planes flying now put people back in cars burning lots of gas and back in the air and things start turning around for big oil.
There has been a huge supply and demand problem with many of the holding tanks on the ground near full and too many ships holding crude waiting to unload. Once people get out and around again it will get better. The Saudis,US and Russia many all have to take a bit of a hit but overall it will come back.
He and Hungry Howie pieces of work and just dying to turn FNC into a driveby channel.
Here’s what Wallace and Goldberg were fake outraged about:
“Kayleigh McEnany Gives Reporters a List of Questions They Should Be Asking About Obamagate
Katie Pavlich (snip)

During the White House press briefing Friday afternoon, Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany ripped reporters for a lack of “journalistic curiosity” and failing to ask Obama administration officials about the unmasking of General Michael Flynn.
“Number one. Why did the Obama administration use opposition research funded by a political organization and filled with foreign dirt to surveil members of the Trump campaign? Number two, why was Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn unmasked by Obama’s Chief of Staff? By the former Vice President Joe Biden, by Susan Rice, by the Treasury Secretary? This is extraordinary. If it were political appointees in the Trump administration I can guarantee you I’d have questions in my inbox right now but apparently Obama’s spokesperson does not,” McEnany said. “Why was Flynn’s identity leaked in a criminal act? It is a criminal act to leak the identity of Michael Flynn to the press but it happened. Where are the questions to Obama’s spokesperson? Because my team would be running around this building if this had happened under the Trump administration.”
“Why did the DOJ’s Sally Yates learn about the unmasking form President Obama? So much for going by the book as Susan Rice said three times,” she continued. “And finally, question number five, why did James Clapper, John Brennan, Samantha Power and Susan Rice privately admit under oath they had no evidence of collusion while saying the opposite publicly.”
Before leaving the lectern, McEnany reminded the White House Press Corps it’s a long weekend, so they’ll have plenty of time to look for the answers.”’
Note from “Sun”: Kayleigh McEnany was trying to make a point Mr. Wallace and Mr. Goldberg! You show yourselves to be either disingenuous or stupid.
Well, we have plenty of Socialists to stay away from.
