That’s great that you bounced back so fast.
Sounds more like cold or garden variety flu but i’d recommend test due the smell issue.I have similar concerns due to caregiving for a 94yo mom. I can usually knock out those quickly like others with vit C,Zinc,D3 aspirin for fever or ibuprofen for body ache. I’m curious what your regimen was if you don’t mind sharing?
I bounced back quickly and then started feeling like crap again. Going for a test in about an hour.
