It appears as though Chairman Xi's two Senatrixes, "Beijing Diane" Feinstain and "China Kammy" Harris, are in a CalifMexican standoff with Leader McConnell over the appointment of new Southern District judges.
The two Chinese puppets are waiting until they can install loyal fanatical partisan Democrats into those five open bench slots.
This state of affairs puts enormous pressure on the remaining judges, both regular and senior, as far as caseloads go.
Doubt if OAN would have been able to shop out of their location/jurisdiction, and they got stuck with a partisan Democrat sockpuppet in a 50/50 situation.
