Not that he needs my advise, but I sense an opportunity for President Trump here.
Trump letting his black supporters make the case for him is the right play, right now.

I think Trump would do well for Biden to continue to dig his own political grave. Maybe make a quick comment on the subject, then let it go for the time being. It can always be brought up later in the election cycle.
Since he is so proud of the crime bill maybe the media should start playing. his1993 speech about predators and then pitch him the Kitty Dukakis question.
Well, I think Trump should steer clear of commenting on the comment. However, under no conditions should any apology from Biden be accepted. Every day we are told that words matter. This is a case where he should be made to eat that comment every day from now until the election. Just Dig Innl and don’t let go like the pit bulls that the Democrats are to the GOP.
I’m sure he sees it - timing and delivery are important....
