Also 302s (and SAs interview notes must be discoverable!) must be recorded and available for the defense. If not recorded & notes not available then it didn’t happen!

302s need to go away period.

Handwritten notes of an interview are totally susceptible to human error and personal bias.

Never talk to the FBI (or any LEO) without your lawyer present and an electronic recording device.

If anything is to be learned from General Flynn’s experience it would be that there is never a casual conversation with an FBI agent.

Agree though I don’t think that will happen.

If they’re not available & they don’t match recordings (where you leave a copy with the interviewee!!) then they don’t exist. It’s like the interview never happened.

Agree with you in regard to having a lawyer present regardless of what happens.
