Cuomo’s spin on this is infuriating. “The CDC says we cannot discriminate against a patient due to them having the virus” so “ask Trump.”
Unbelievable. It is a virus not a social justice bias!!! People should be even more angry over this kind of ridiculous deflection.
Someone should ask Cuomo about the changes Medicare and Medicaid made back in March.
Something else that needs to be addressed: when the nursing homes could have regised, they didn’t. They could have fought Cuomo’s diktat in court, in the media. They didn’t.
Why?
