If it’s a different universe, there is no way to observe it or interact with it in any way. If it’s in our universe, it can be observed and interacted with.
This will turn out to be a “misinterpretation of the data.”
The people in the parallel universe probably say the same thing about us.

So, they find Tau Neutrino’s coming from the Earth, so from there, they jump to “They are traveling backwards in time!!”.. how about, there are things we just dont fully understand about Tau neutrinos....
