Yup.
Devon Nunez was on Fox and friends a few days ago. He said the GOP did not do ballot harvesting in 2018, but then since ballot harvesting is now legal in California, the GOP is going all out on ballot harvesting this year in California.
That is pretty much what I said during the CA 25 by elections. Two can play at the game.
Them 6 other GOP seats the Dems stole in California in 2016 through ballot harvesting are going to be taken back.
