From what I have read the PA Legislature can pass a joint resolution ending Wolf’s emergency declaration.
They have GOP majorities and can surely do that.
They have flapped their gums and done everything but that.
Time to put-up or shut-up.
Actually, they have tried multiple times, with multiple different bills. All have been vetoed, and they are several votes shy of an overrule.
