I think Reagan might have loved the country more, or at least in a different way. He did serve in wwii, in his early days did a lot stumping for conservative causes, governed california as it was in a tumultuous time. Less of trying to acquire as much stuff as he possibly could, more public service oriented.
Hard to compare them equivalently. Both know the country made them into the men they were/are, and that no other place on earth gives people a better chance at being who they could be.
Funny thing that. They were both democrats at one time.
The Donald is Donald. He loves a good fight. Ronald Reagan loved to hit em all with his one liners. AND he was really good at that. That and Ronald Reagan was thee great communicator.
They both talked/talk to/for the people and not at them. Both were/are great cheerleaders for the American people. Praise will result in massive success.
Ridicule will result in great animosity.
I think we should all thank the man upstairs for the both of them.
