I’f I have a degree that I paid for myself, do I get 10K? How about the people who took employee benefits to earn a degree (I only paid about 20% of the costs of my maste’s degree) and still took out loans?

I paid for every penny of my college courses...and I was working overtime—sometimes 6 days a week in those years. Didn’t have a social life for over 4 years, but it was worth it.
