No doubt Rice is intelligent, but her January 20, 2017 memo to herself was a dumb move. We haven't seen the redacted next to last paragraph, but Trey Gowdy has and says it is very significant. Stay tuned.
I think Susan Rice is going to be the VP pick, so she, Val-Jar and Obama can govern behind the scenes, if Biden should win.
