What has Dr. Fauci said here, that is not in support of the President's own guidelines?

Fauci believes the lockdowns should continue indefinitely. President Trump disagrees; we should open s-lo-w-l-y but ASAP.

What Dr. Fauci said:

"“If we skip over the checkpoints in the guidelines to: ‘Open America Again,’ then we risk the danger of multiple outbreaks throughout the country."

I think that is in agreement with opening slowly and right now.
