Wearing masks while shopping in stores is a small price to pay for opening the economy.
......”Wearing masks while shopping in stores is a small price to pay for opening the economy”......
Not any more.... we’re well passed the reasons given for wearing these..... exceptions would be in Hospitals or medical facilities for obvious reasons.
Spoken like a true slave. The Found Fathers could have said, “Being allowed to live in America is a small price to pay for enduring the King’s abuses of his power.”
That's what I think. Businesses are going to open to half volume, because the virus is still circulating. It's going to kill them to have all of the expense and half the revenue.
Except when they use a rise in “cases” as “triggers” to reimpose restrictions.
They’ve spelled it out in my state, in all documentation on the “guidelines” for “reopening”. The difference being that the governor apparently has half a brain and wasn’t dumb enough to make masks mandatory.
Cloth masks do nothing but foment fear & panic. My early speculation was wrong, as my estimates for the appalling health of seniors was grossly-underestimated: I would not be shocked to see a number of >150k dead by the time this burns out due to herd immunity.
Until then, all efforts to “slow the spread” serve only one purpose: To drag it out.
The deaths would be the same regardless in the absence of treatment therapy or a fantasy vaccine.
In the end, there may be hell to pay for the deaths caused by the delay in implementing Zelenko’s Hydroxychloroquine/Zinc therapy, but that’s another factor of this ‘crisis’ altogether.
A N95 mask (far better than anything the public is wearing) is certified to stop 95% of particles that are 3 microns in size or larger. The virus that causes Covid 19 (SARS-COVID-2) is ~1.25 microns in size. Even if masks stop the expelled water droplets in the air, the virus will pass right through the mask to the wearer or to the air.
These are facts, whether you like them or not.
